This is where we get together with our customers to think up new ideas for products and put them into practice</span><span class="fliess">.</span><br> <img src="de/content/bilder/spacer.gif" width="1" height="16"><span class="fliess">And this is also why we place </span><span class="auszeichnung">special importance</span><span class="fliess"> on being able to test the effectiveness of new developments under realistic conditions</span>.<br> <img src="de/content/bilder/spacer.gif" width="1" height="16"><span class="fliess">Hence our laboratory has </span><span class="auszeichnung">state-of-the-art equipment</span><span class="fliess"> for determining compression and delamination forces, complete induction sealing machines from all well-known manu-facturers, high-powered microscopes and a microtome for detailed analysis of a wide variety of materials, as well as instruments for determining opening and closing torques. Pressure testing facilities, tempering and cooling systems, as well as devices for measuring the coefficient of sliding friction round off our impressive array of laboratory equipment</span><span class="fliess">.</span></p> <p class="head">The production</p> <p><span class="head">Extrusion</span><br> <img src="de/content/bilder/spacer.gif" width="1" height="16"><span class="fliess">Every single hour, about one metric ton of foamed PE or PP leaves our extrusion department. Our three extrusion lines produce foams in a wide variety of densities and thicknesses. Laminated or unlaminated, in disc form or as tape goods, these foams are able to find applications in all branches of industry.<br> </span><img src="de/content/bilder/spacer.gif" width="1" height="16"><span class="head">Tape Materials </span><br> <img src="de/content/bilder/spacer.gif" width="1" height="16"><img src="../bilder/spacer.gif" width="1" height="16"><span class="fliess">We supply tape goods to those of our customers who have decided in favor of combining punching and insertion in a single process. </span><br> <img src="../bilder/spacer.gif" width="1" height="16"><span class="fliess">Pressure and heat make permanent or divisible compounds out of a wide range of different materials, and cut them to the desired width</span><span class="fliess">.<br> </span><img src="de/content/bilder/spacer.gif" width="1" height="16"><span class="head">Punching</span><br> <img src="de/content/bilder/spacer.gif" width="1" height="16"><span class="fliess"><img src="../bilder/spacer.gif" width="1" height="16"><span class="fliess">Our many years of experience play an important part in enhancing our in-line process for the production of pun-ched sealing inserts. Laminating, punching and packaging have been in-tegrated into a single process which also includes recycling the pressed screens. This eliminates the need for intermediate storage and for repeatedly having to handle materials, some of which are extremely sensitive.
