Extrusion Every
single hour, about one metric ton of foamed PE or PP leaves
our extrusion department. Our extrusion lines produce foams
in a wide variety of densities and thick-
nesses. Laminated or unlaminated, in disc form or in tape/
coil form, these foams have applications in all branches of
industry.
Tape Materials We
supply tape goods to those of our customers who have decided
in favor of combining punching and insertion in a single process.
Using
Pressure and heat we make permanent or divisible compounds out
of a wide range of different materials, and cut them to the
desired tape width.
Punching Our
many years of experience play an important part in enhancing
our in-line process for the production of pre-
punched sealing inserts. Laminating, punching and packaging
have been integrated into a single process, which also includes
the capacity to recycle the pressed screens. This eliminates
the need for intermediate storage and for repeatedly having
to handle materials, some of which are extremely sensitive.
More than 8 billion sealing inserts of the most varied structure,
packed in PE tubes or in bulk, are produced here every year.
